Boot Camp
Sir Yes Sir was co founded by David Macquire and Andrew Cooper. We have been actively involved in the organisation and facilitation of group fitness in the Wollongong area since 2005. Our group fitness programs cater for a wide range of participants in terms of both fitness levels and age with the primary focus of improving quality of life through effective and safe forms of exercise and physical conditioning. We utilise parklands, beaches and the general terrain to achieve a fitness activity that is both challenging and motivating.
Both myself and my fellow colleague are fully qualified and insured Fitness Professionals, registered with Fitness Australia. We have been involved in various sports activities within the Wollongong area, including tennis coaching, aqua aerobics, advanced resistance training, advanced cardiovascular conditioning, and involvement with local sporting clubs, gyms, and fitness groups.
Our aspiration is to continue the development of our fitness activities to improve overall quality of life for as many people as possible.
