The morning is in fact one of the best times to exercise. The morning is perfect for burning fat and staying in shape as your body is in a fat burning state. Your body hasn’t eaten for 8-12 hours putting your body into a state of starvation, by doing exercise first thing in the morning we are more likely to target those hard to get to fat stores. (We do recommend eating prior to boot camp or any form of exercise).

We understand everyone is busy and it can be tough to fit exercise into an already busy schedule. This is one of the factors that are contributing to the upward rise in obesity and the diseases that it brings. This form of training is one of the best for someone with a busy lifestyle as it is relatively high intensity. Get in, do your workout and go. It is also shown to have lasting effects days after leaving the workout, by speeding up the metabolism. We conduct the sessions at 6am so people can conduct their workout before work or school. The best thing about working out in the morning is you do your workout and then have the rest of the day to relax knowing you’ve done the hard work. We’re only asking for 3 hours out of 168 in a week.

There is no better time to exercise than early morning. In summer the mornings are a pleasant 15-20 degrees and the sun begins to rise before 6. What better way to start the morning than watching the sun rise over the Pacific Ocean.

We have a range of fitness levels doing boot camp from an American college tennis player to people who have done very little exercise in their lives. A good test to see if you can do boot camp is if you can run about 100 metres without stopping.
